Back in Denmark …
I had to skip the last day of the trip due to a family event, so I was riding alone back to Denmark.
1900 kms in 5 days, fair weather, and great company 🏍️😎👍

The mountain road back the hotel was blocked, but we did find an alternative route – almost suited for our road bikes 😉
(It was unpaved, steep, and filled with loose rocks, so it was quite a challenge. But we did it and everyone kept the shiny side up 💪)
This one was actually open – and a great experience 👍🏆🏍️🥳
Build during the Napolean wars, and is now semi-abandoned.
A strange place to visit, but you can still easily see the former glory.
The friendly mechanics at the local workshop secured the exhaust so it would stay in place until the bike was back in Denmark 👍🏍️🏆
It turned out to be a cracked welding, but we made a temporary fix by twisting a Buff into a figure 8.
Maybe we should file a patent for the cotton exhaust bracket ? 😉
Looks like something from a Shrek movie 😉
Unfortunately it was closed and the collection was sold 🥲
