A Yamaha Fazer 1000 had a front wheel slide on the damp morning surface and ended in the gravel bed.
The rider was tough and patched the bike up with Duct tape and continued in the fast group for the rest of the day. Respect !
Even though I was riding in the fastest group with most bikes having +50 hp more than the BMW, fuel consumption was as low as 6,2 liter/100 km.
The F800 is amazingly economical, and still fast and flickable enough to follow stronger bikes on the track.
Great day 🙂
