40 meter high concrete structure with a nice view of the Kieler fiord.
In the basement there is an eternal flame for the sailors lost in both world wars, and it was a bit weird that one of the ceremonial flower decorations was from “Thyssen-Krupp” – the company that manufactured the big naval guns used in both wars ….
